A courier may be used if your parcel requires a courier service due to its weight and size. Please note that our couriers are unable to deliver to Post Office Box addresses. We will contact you if an alternative address is required.
Please do let us know if you would like items gift wrapped (happily!) or you would prefer to exclude the invoice from the recipient’s parcel.
We work hard to process and dispatch products within 48 hours of orders being placed (Monday to Friday). Postage times vary depending on locations within Australia but 3-5 business days is an average estimate for arrival of goods. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to Western Australia as well as rural areas.
In the unlikely event that there is insufficient stock, we will contact you straight away to discuss dispatch options.
Please go to the NDIS link at the top of our home page and follow the steps outlined. Our Service Agreement is available to download.
Every NDIS plan is different and we are happy to speak with NDIA staff (with your permission) should you request further support around making a claim.
